COMMUNITY

Q:  Do I need to become a Complī subscribed Vendor
to access the Complī Community?

A:  Yes.  The Complī Community provides a
wealth of valuable information to Vendors but is only accessible to
active Complī  

      Vendors.

FEES

Q:  How much is the annual increase for access to
Complī?

A:  All Vendors are finally afforded with a
platform that provides a single fixed price for access to all Clients.
 In an effort to 

      continue improving and building new features and
enhancements for our valued Vendors, there will be an annual 

      increase to the SaaS subscription.  This cost
will be nominal and should not impact your business.

Q:  Do you offer flexible payment options?

A:  Yes.  For an additional $100 you may
choose any package and opt to split the cost over 2 semi-annual
payments.

Q:  Is my subscription to Complī automatically
renewed (annually)?

A:  Yes.  Your credit card on file will be
automatically charged on your anniversary date.  You will receive
notification of 

      upcoming renewal and an electronic receipt.

Q:  Are there alternatives to payment type?

A:  You can pay via: 

      – Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover, Diners Club

Q:  Are fees listed in USD?

A:  Yes, fees are in US currency

INVITATION

Q:  I was invited to sign up for Complī, is this
mandatory?

A:  Refer to the invitation message you received,
some Clients are making it a requirement and others are giving you
an 

      alternative platform.  For additional
information on Complī and its benefits; please review our website for
additional 

      details: compliregister.wpenginepowered.com.

Q:  I am currently using another platform, why
should I change?

A:  Complī offers a wide range of benefits and
some unique features you will not find on other platforms:

      – Xchange:  Browse member Clients, request to
connect, expand your opportunites to increase revenue with no 

        additional fees.

      – Stay connected and up to date with Clients
announcements, updates, new requirements all within the platform
to 

        remain compliant.

      – The technician portal allows you to manage all
your technicians and thier certifications.  Complī manages and
alerts 

        you of expirations keeping you compliant and
ready to accept work; no more spreadsheet management.  In 

        addition, Clients can search for Vendors
based on your certifications to align with upcoming work.

      – Eliminate manual processes: manage all your
company and technician certifications, insurance, diversity, etc. in
one 

        place.

      – Community:  Single pane of Industry Leaders,
Partners and Authorities delivering Industy and relevant news, 

        events, education, webinars, and so much
more.  You can also participate in forums to share, exchange and
ask 

        questions.

      – Fees: No hidden fees, no fees per conneXion, one
annual fee gets you everything.

Q:  If I have already paid another 3rd party
platform for EH&S and Insurance verification what can I do?

A:  Compli is the industry’s most flexible and
cost effective solution. If you have already paid another 3rd party
provider you

      can opt to sign up for Compli now, or wait until
your service with that provider expires. Compli will provide you with
benefits and access to

      other potential Clients so all suppliers are
encouraged to register now to increase their exposure.

Q:  We received an invitation from XYZ company to
sign up, however, we currently are not doing work with them, do I 

      still need to sign up?

A:  This is up to you, as mentioned above, you can
request to connect with other Clients within the platform to
become 

      compliant and ready to work with as many as you
want.   

Q:  Why am I receiving this email?

A:  Your company is a Vendor of the Client noted
within the invitation.  The Client is using Complī as thier
EH&S 

      platform, all Vendors who join Complī will be
verified and therefore become eligible to work for that Client.  

Q:  We use a different platform, do I need to sign
up now or can I do so when my current subscription expires?

A:  In most cases, unless otherwise noted in the
Client Invitation email, you can choose to wait until your expiration
and 

      /or sign up now.

PLANS

Q:  How do I know what plan is right for my
company?

A:  We offer three plans:  Standard –
verifies up to 20 technicians / Premium – verifies up to 100 technicians
/ Pro – verifies up 

      to 200 technicians.  The plans allow you to
decide how many technicians you want verified.  

      Example: If your company size is 130 (all
employees) 60 are technicians. however, 30 of those technicians work for


      Client and/or have certifications that could work
for a Client you would choose the Premium plan to allow you to enter
all 

      30 and have them certified on the Complī platform.

Q:  What does the Premium or Pro package provide?

A:  These additional packages allow you to further
enhance your listing inside the Complī platform.  You’re
company listing 

      will be coded and flagged differently to standout
to potential Clients.  Additionally, the higher number of
technicians 

      being verified will be communicated to Clients.
 The Premium and Pro package allows your company to send a
strong 

      message to clients that you’re workforce is
100% verified and compliant!

Q:  Can I upgrade my package at any time?

A:  Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time.

STORAGE

Q:  How much storage space does the average vendor
need?

A:  As a Complī subscriber you are provided 50
gigabytes of monthly data storage.  The average vendor will consume
less 

      than 1 gigabyte; but this number will increase with
the number of certs and technicians being verified.
